The various file sources are:
- Rightmove - Finance are sent the files AND WILL PERFORM THE IMPORT
- Reapit - File will be sent over by Finance as it is sent from Reapit along with the invoice.
- Office 365 - The three (Hunters, trad brands, Country Properties) files are sent to Support by XPS
- DocuSign - File is sent by Finance as they run the report in DocuSign with the requisite parameters
- Zoopla - File is sent by Finance
- Alto User - Files are sent by Alto (customeroperations@houseful.co.uk) to Support mailbox
- Alto SMS - File is sent by Finance as they run report and perform a lookup to get the Alto branch ID (not included in the report) from the branch name.
- Jupix - File is generated by an app run by Support.
